Utilizing the nursing process, you will deliver patient care under
the guidance of licensed professionals authorized by a State
regulatory board to prescribe treatments and medications, or under
the supervision of a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). You will
maintain accountability for the care provided to your assigned
patients and collaborate with various departments to coordinate
patient care effectively. Position Overview: Minimum
Qualifications: Education: Completion of an accredited practical
nursing program; equivalent educational experience and successful
licensure may also be considered. Licensure: You are responsible
for obtaining and keeping a current LPN license in the state where
you perform nursing duties, adhering to all requirements set by the
State Board of Nursing. Experience: Open to both new and seasoned
LPNs. Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from the
American Heart Association or successful completion of the course
within 30 days of employment. Note: Depending on the specific
position or unit, additional certifications may be required, or you
may need to acquire them within a designated timeframe: ACLS
(Advanced Cardiac Life Support) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life
Support) PEARS (Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization)
S.T.A.B.L.E. (Sugar, Temperature, Airway, Blood Pressure, Lab Work,
And Emotional Support) Six Assessment & Care Modules Other
unit-specific certifications as necessary Physical Requirements:
The role involves standing and walking for most of the shift, along
with considerable bending, stooping, and the ability to lift and
turn patients with assistance. You should be able to push, pull,
