Rehabilitation The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers patient
care under the guidance of registered nurses or authorized
prescribers at our rehabilitation facility. Key responsibilities
encompass coordinating patient care, safeguarding patient rights
and confidentiality, and executing physical tasks such as lifting
and repositioning patients. Candidates must possess an accredited
nursing education, a valid LPN license, Basic Life Support
certification, and may be required to obtain LPN-IV certification

Utilizing the nursing process, the LPN provides care under the
supervision of licensed professionals authorized to prescribe
medications and treatments, or under the direction of a Registered
Nurse (RN). The LPN is accountable for the quality of care provided
to assigned patients and collaborates with various departments to
ensure comprehensive patient care while upholding patient rights

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Positions Available Full-time, 36
hours per week Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Eligible for Sign-On

: Must be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
Licensure Requirements : It is the candidate's responsibility to
secure and maintain a current LPN license in Missouri, adhering to
all State Board of Nursing regulations. Physical Demands : Must be
able to stand or walk for the majority of the shift; the role
involves considerable bending, stooping, and the ability to lift
and turn patients with assistance; must be capable of pushing,
pulling, or gripping up to 50 pounds. Certifications Required :
Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart
Association or successful completion of the course within 30 days
of hire. LPN-IV Certification must be completed prior to hire or
