Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/17/2026 - Duration: 9 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Title: Temp - Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg/Telemetry (Nights) Windsor, VT Local Travelers - Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility - are not eligible for this need. Description - May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse - Coordinates total nursing care for patients - Participates in patient and family teaching - Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting EMR: Cerner Nurse to patient ratio: 1 to 4/5 Average daily patient census: 22 Requirements NOTE, THIS IS A MED SURG POSITION! BLOCK SCHEDULING WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS NEED - 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience [Required] - May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg - CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE [REQUIRED] - Previous Travel (at least 3 months) [Required] - BSN-Bachelor of Science in Nursing [Strongly Preferred] - This is a small community without public transport. Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
