Employment Type: Staff NorTek Medical Staffing is hiring an
experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a
hospital-based, independent practice role at a Critical Access
Hospital. This position offers exceptional autonomy, strong
compensation, and a highly desirable 2 weeks on / 1 week off
schedule. Schedule Rotation: 2 weeks on / 1 week off Annual Work
Weeks: 34–35 Time Off: 17–18 weeks/year (vacation, holidays, CME
included) Weekdays: ~7:30 AM–3:30 PM (varies by caseload) Weekends
& Holidays: Call only Call Pay Weekday Call: $23/hr or $345 (5 PM–7
AM) Weekend/Holiday Call: $28.33/hr or $680 (24 hrs) Callback:
$105.77/hr Must be able to respond on-site within 30 minutes
Responsibilities Independently provide general, regional, and MAC
anesthesia Perform ultrasound-guided nerve blocks and acute pain
services Support multiple specialties including General Surgery,
Ortho, OB/GYN, GI, ENT, Cardiology, and more Requirements Active
CRNA certification 3 years independent practice experience
preferred Proficient in ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia
Comfortable with adult, pediatric, and OB patients New graduates
generally not considered Benefits $25,000 commencement bonus $3,500
