Nurse Practitioner | Administration Location: New Hampshire, NH Employer: VieMed Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Join Our Team as a Locum Nurse Practitioner - General Medicine NH and Make a Difference in Veterans' Lives VHS is seeking dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioners specializing in General Medicine to provide crucial assessments for our nation's Veterans. This highly impactful role involves performing Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments across New Hampshire. If you are committed to serving veterans and possess a flexible, professional approach, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise while working on a PRN basis in a supportive environment. Required Skills: Current Nurse Practitioner licensure with certification in family medicine, internal medicine, or general medicine Prior experience in clinical assessment and interview-based evaluations Ability to perform physical assessments including range of motion testing and muscle strength testing Strong communication skills and attention to detail Comfort working independently within a designated practice location Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Compensation & Pension (C&P) evaluations or veterans’ healthcare Background in orthopedic surgery or related specialties Familiarity with medical documentation and report submission for government assessments Preferred Education and Experience: Master's or higher degree in Nursing from an accredited program Minimum of 2 years clinical experience, preferably in internal medicine or family medicine Experience working in a government or military healthcare environment is advantageous Other Requirements: Own office space within a 50-mile radius of Lincoln or Lebanon, NH Ability to work on a PRN basis, with flexible scheduling options (half or full days) Willingness to undergo quick credentialing and onboarding process Local candidates only; travel expenses are included in rates No prescribing, treatment, or pharmacological management involved Availability for regular follow-up administrative work such as report writing and documentation Compensation & Benefits: Hourly pay rate of $402.00, with flat rates for half-day ($600) and full-day ($1200) shifts One-time bonus of $650 upon completing all required training and initial exams Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Additional benefits include licensure, certification, travel, and related reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program and 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success This is your chance to contribute meaningfully to veterans' healthcare while enjoying flexible schedules and competitive pay.
