The program provides comprehensive evaluations and individualized care for patients and their families, addressing medical, psychosocial, and emotional needs. Our expanding team utilizes advanced diagnostics, including dementia biomarkers, neurocognitive testing, and amyloid PET imaging, and offers innovative therapies, such as anti-amyloid monoclonal antibody treatment. Our new comprehensive Neuroscience Center is a thoughtfully designed facility that brings memory care together with general neurology, neurosurgery, pain management, PM&R, headache, epilepsy, movement disorders, stroke, neuromuscular, neuroimmunology, primary care, rheumatology, infusion services, EEG, and advanced diagnostic imaging-all under one roof. The center is structured to enhance collaboration and deliver seamless, coordinated care, supported by nurse navigation. The Ayer Neuroscience Institute is a rapidly expanding Institute with a focus on comprehensive patient care, academics, and research. The Institute enjoys the resources of a system committed to excellence in patient quality and experience and boasts an impressive staff of world class Neuroscience leaders which includes over 200 Neuroscience physicians and advanced practitioners. We are an academic institution affiliated with University of Connecticut School of Medicine and Quinnipiac University Medical School.
