L&D & Postpartum Job Type: Contract/Travel Start Date: ASAP
Location: Machias, ME Shift Type: Nights Rate: $2,844/40-hours
Requirements: Active RN license in the practicing state. Experience
in L&D, postpartum, or obstetrics preferred. Strong clinical,
communication, and patient-education skills. BLS and NRP required;
ACLS preferred. Responsibilities: Monitor maternal and fetal status
during labor and delivery. Assist with labor support, delivery, and
postpartum care. Administer medications, interventions, and
postpartum assessments. Educate mothers and families on newborn
care, breastfeeding, and recovery. Document care accurately and
collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team.
