certification (facility will often cover additional certifications

Seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join a
community-focused Critical Access hospital in Plainville, Kansas.
This role is ideal for an OT who values patient-centered care,
collaboration, and work-life balance and enjoys building
relationships within a smaller healthcare environment. In this
position, you will provide care across primarily outpatient (90%)
with limited inpatient exposure (10%), working closely with therapy
leadership and a supportive interdisciplinary team. This role plays
an important part in helping patients regain independence and
improve quality of life. Provide occupational therapy services in
both outpatient and inpatient settings Collaborate with therapy
leadership, providers, and care teams to support patient goals Work
alongside a COTA to deliver high-quality, coordinated care Maintain
accurate documentation and compliance with clinical standards
Support department goals while delivering compassionate,
