A temporary opportunity is available for a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide onsite services during a maternity leave from January 5, 2026, through June 5, 2026. This contract position is based in Andover, MN, specifically serving an elementary school setting with a caseload ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade. Responsibilities include delivering occupational therapy interventions tailored to students' individual educational needs. The caseload will encompass various skill levels within the K-12 spectrum, focusing on developmental and school-related occupational therapy supports. The position requires a professional approach to collaborate with school staff and support student progress effectively. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct occupational therapy services to students across K-12. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with educators and parents to support student success. Maintain accurate documentation and progress records. Adhere to state licensing requirements and school policies throughout the contract period. Preferred Qualifications: Current Occupational Therapy license in the state. Experience working within school environments, ideally elementary settings. Ability to manage caseload effectively and communicate with multidisciplinary teams. Comfort with commuting among multiple regional schools as needed. Schedule Details: Contract duration: January 5, 2026, to June 5, 2026. Workweek: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Partial FTE during specified periods: 0.5 FTE from January 5 to February 9, 2026 1.0 FTE from February 2 to March 27, 2026 0.5 FTE from April 20 to June 5, 2026 This opportunity allows for professional growth in a supportive educational setting serving a diverse student population.
