Job Description:
Catholic Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Licensed Practical Nurse to join our vibrant community healthcare
team. This role involves providing fundamental medical care to
patients while adhering to the standards of practical nursing. The
Licensed Practical Nurse will work in various departments,
supporting initiatives that emphasize community health and patient
wellness. The position requires flexibility, a passion for patient

Medical Center. Successful candidates will be integral to enhancing
patient outcomes through exceptional clinical practices and
meaningful patient interactions. Monitor patient health and
maintain accurate health records. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed and observe reactions. Assist with patient
care planning and the implementation of healthcare assessments.
Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and
health maintenance. Communicate effectively with patients,
families, and other healthcare professionals. Ensure compliance
with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards. Strong clinical
skills and proficiency in delivering patient care. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively
in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of healthcare safety
protocols and infection control. Comfortable using medical software
and patient management systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active state license as a
Licensed Practical Nurse. CPR/BLS certification.
