Job Description:

Technologist, you will be instrumental in providing diagnostic
imaging services, ensuring patient safety, and contributing to
diagnoses in a supportive environment focused on community
wellness. Ideal candidates will possess strong technical skills in
radiography, exceptional patient interaction abilities, and a
commitment to maintaining high standards in healthcare services.
Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, and
MRI according to physician orders and under the guidelines of
standard radiologic techniques. Prepare patients for procedures,
explaining methods and addressing concerns to ensure comfort and
cooperation. Monitor patients during procedures and report any
abnormalities or changes in condition to the appropriate medical
personnel immediately. Maintain and manage imaging equipment,
conducting regular checks to ensure they are functioning properly
and comply with safety standards. Document all procedures and
maintain accurate patient records as per regulatory and legal
requirements. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare
team members to evaluate imaging results and assist in making
diagnostic decisions. Adhere to hospital protocols and safety
standards to minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff.
Proficiency in operating complex medical imaging equipment. Strong
analytical and diagnostic skills. Excellent communication and
patient management skills. Ability to work well both independently
and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a high degree of
technical expertise in radiography. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Certified and registered as a Radiologic
Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
(ARRT). State licensure as required.
