be considered. A healthcare professional with experience in
operating room nursing is needed for a contract position in a Level
III Trauma Operating Room environment. This role demands expertise
in aseptic technique and the ability to circulate independently
across multiple specialties. The work involves providing
patient-centered care in a setting with pediatric, adult, and
geriatric populations. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver specialized
nursing care in a fast-paced operating room (OR) with a 1:1
clinician-to-patient ratio. - Manage cases in a complex community
hospital setting with approximately 30-40 patients daily. - Rotate
shifts that include days, evenings, and weekends, incorporating
on-call responsibilities. - Utilize EMR systems effectively for
patient documentation and charting. - Participate in holiday,
weekday, and weekend on-call rotations, ensuring availability
during scheduled hours. Qualifications and Experience: - Valid
Massachusetts RN license. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 1-2 years of experience in operating room nursing or related
acute care. - Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and
multispecialty competence. - Ability to work flexible rotating
shifts including evenings and weekends. Schedule/Hours: - Regular
shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. - 1-2 evening shifts (1:00 PM to
11:30 PM) and 1-2 weekend rotations per four-week schedule. -
On-call requirements during some shifts, including holidays and
