York, Maine Shift: 3 - 13 hour day shifts - Sunday, Wednesday, and
Saturday; 6:30 am to 7:00 pm Contract Length: Not provided Start
Date: 02/23/2026 Job Description: York Hospital is currently
seeking a Full-time, 36 hour, Sunday, Wednesday, and Saturday, 12
hour shifts from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm. There might be an ask to do
variable shifts due to census. Holidays are covered by call and may
be asked to assist. Must be Influenza vaccinated as required by the
State of Maine unless a Medical Exemption is provided and approved
by Employee Health. Responsibilities: Perform procedures for MRI
(using and building protocols) Screen patients for
contraindications and follow safety requirements per ACR and
facility protocols Interview patients to explain magnetic resonance
imaging procedures and address concerns Educate patients on
procedures and answer questions Ensure safety by explaining
protocol, requesting removal of hazardous objects, and alerting
staff to danger Monitor patients at all times, visually and
verbally Operate equipment necessary for daily duties and patient
care Maintain a clean and orderly environment to promote safety
Maintain and report equipment status Assist in monitoring inventory
Perform other related duties as necessary Requirements: Associate
Degree or Certificate from a two-year college, university, or
certificate-based program ARRT registered BCLS certification
obtained within 4 months of hire and maintained thereafter
