Date: 05-18-2026 Contract Type: Travel Contract Shift Type: Days,
7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (day shift); 12-hour day shifts with flexible
scheduling to support 24/7 coverage as needed Hours per Week: 36

people heal. Roles & Responsibilities Provide compassionate direct
and indirect nursing care to post-acute, long-term, and
rehabilitation residents Deliver IV therapy and expert wound care
with attention to healing and comfort Perform geriatric assessments
and contribute to individualized care planning Support residents
with Alzheimer’s/Dementia using tailored verbal and non-verbal
communication techniques Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
and communicate effectively with families and care partners Float
between units (rehab, long-term care, dementia unit) and adapt to
changing patient needs Maintain accurate clinical documentation and
uphold quality and regulatory standards Qualifications Valid RN
license (State of Maine or compact) — required Associate Degree in
Nursing (ADN) or equivalent nursing education 1-3 years of RN
clinical experience preferred in post-acute, long-term care, rehab,
or similar settings Comfortable providing IV therapy, wound care,
and geriatric assessment Strong teamwork, communication skills, and
flexibility to support 24/7 coverage Ability and willingness to
float to other units as needed Education Associate Degree in
Nursing (ADN) required or an equivalent combination of education
and experience Knowledge & Skills Medical terminology and clinical
assessment skills IV therapy and infusion management Advanced wound
care techniques Geriatric assessment and management
Alzheimer’s/Dementia behavior recognition and de-escalation
Rehabilitation nursing principles and transitional care Strong
interpersonal, teamwork, and communication abilities Benefits
