Licensed Practical Nurse Provide expert nursing care in alignment
with established procedures and protocols. Administer medications
and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring detailed
documentation. Perform routine assessments and accurately monitor
patients' conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to
develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and
their families on healthcare processes, promoting understanding and
reassurance. Maintain meticulous patient records utilizing
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. Schedule and Shift
Details? M-F 8-5pm Monadnock Family Care Essential Qualifications
for a Licensed Practical Nurse Valid LPN or LVN license from the
state of NH ANY certification such as AHA BLS, AHA ACLS or ARC BLS
At least one year of experience in Occupational Health or
Occupational Medicine or Human Resources Proficient use of EMR
systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an
emphasis on compassion and patience. Commitment to professional
