Clinical Mentorship Physical Therapist Assistant Qualifications
Connecticut Physical Therapist Assistant License New Grads and
Experienced PTAs are welcome! Computer Literacy Excellent
Communication and Interpersonal Skills Physical Therapist Assistant
Responsibilities Communicate with Physical Therapists regarding
plans of care and progression of exercises and goals for each
patient. Assist with progress notes and re-evaluations to improve
patient flow and increase patient satisfaction. Maintain high
levels of communication with other service providers such as
Chiropractors, Acupuncturists, and Occupational Therapists to
ensure quality patient care. Complete notes thoroughly and within a
timely manner to ensure that collaborative care is maintained
between other therapists. Work towards the advancement of the
clinic by maintaining clinical excellence through various CEUs.
Participate in monthly meetings led by the Clinic Director and
Office Manager to identify challenges within the clinic to address
and improve clinic flow. Attend company-wide meetings to discuss
various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical
