Med-Surg Location: Keene, New Hampshire Start Date: 03-16-2026 End
Date: 06-15-2026 Contract Type: Travel Contract Shift Type: 12-hour
night shifts (NOC). Specific clock-in/clock-out times and days not
specified in the posting; schedule is nights with a 36-hour
guarantee. Shift accommodation requests (block scheduling, etc.)
will NOT be considered. Hours per Week: 36 Candidate Pay Rate: $64

Responsibilities Coordinate total nursing care for adult-geriatric
patients, ensuring safe, effective, and compassionate treatment
Provide patient and family teaching to support recovery and
continuity of care after discharge Lead and collaborate with
ancillary nursing and interdisciplinary team members to uphold
professional nursing standards Float to assigned units (Thompson
Unit and Kingsbury custodial patients) as needed, adjusting care
approach to varied acuity and ratios Utilize Epic to document care,
communicate with providers, and maintain accurate patient records
Demonstrate clinical judgment in responding to changes in patient
condition and escalating when appropriate Qualifications Active New
Hampshire RN license or Compact RN license (New Hampshire license
must be in-hand at profile upload) Minimum 2 years Med-Surg nursing
experience (required) Active American Heart Association BLS
(required) Active American Heart Association ACLS (required)
Experience with Epic EMR (required) Willingness to float to
Thompson Unit and Kingsbury custodial patient assignments
(required) Traveler must have own vehicle and include permanent
address in profile One supervisory signed reference from within the
past two years and a current Med-Surg skills checklist (within 1
year) required Knowledge & Skills Strong Med-Surg clinical skills
and adult-geriatric patient care experience Patient and family
education techniques to support safe transitions and self-care Care
coordination across teams and ancillary services Ability to work
independently on night shift while collaborating with the broader
clinical team Comfort managing higher patient ratios and
lower-acuity custodial patients when floated Proficiency with Epic
for charting, orders, and interdisciplinary communication Benefits
