Role and Responsibilities: As an LPN or Medical Assistant at Whole Self Wellness, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, providing exceptional care to our patients. Your superhero skills will include: Assisting in the delivery of integrative healthcare services under the supervision of healthcare providers. Conducting patient assessments and documenting vital signs and medical histories accurately. Administering medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed. Educating patients about wellness practices and managing chronic conditions. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment. Demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a supportive and caring atmosphere. Qualifications: Valid LPN license in the state of Connecticut or similar health care experience Medical Assistant or similar Previous experience in a primary care or integrative health setting preferred.
