certified BCBAs are encouraged to apply! Responsibilities: Develop
and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy
programs for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Nurture
the development of RBTs, BTs, and BCBA candidates through clinical
supervision and mentorship Support clients and families directly,
nurturing meaningful bonds and maintaining the highest standards of
compassionate and ethical care Utilize evidence-based interventions
to promote skill development and behavioral success Work in
partnership with a supportive, multidisciplinary team to ensure
comprehensive and effective treatment Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP,
AFLS, ABLLS, Functional Behavior Assessments, etc.) and develop
behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Participate in ongoing training,
professional development, and leadership opportunities Professional

team Bi-weekly clinical leadership meeting Monthly meetings with
your assigned Clinical Director Strategic pathway for ongoing

Analyst (BCBA) certification * Master's degree in ABA, Psychology,
