Responsibilities: Develop and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy programs for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) Nurture the development of RBTs, BTs, and BCBA candidates through clinical supervision and mentorship Support clients and families directly, nurturing meaningful bonds and maintaining the highest standards of compassionate and ethical care Utilize evidence-based interventions to promote skill development and behavioral success Work in partnership with a supportive, multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, ABLLS, Functional Behavior Assessments, etc.) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and leadership opportunities Professional Growth Opportunities: Proactive and empowering clinical leadership team Bi-weekly clinical leadership meeting Monthly meetings with your assigned Clinical Director Strategic pathway for ongoing professional growth and development Attend one local conference per year on us Supportive, collaborative culture driven by client success Ongoing mentorship and training programs are designed to build your confidence and skills in your role Access to the Council of Autism Service Provider library for CEUs Benefits: Experience-based salary with performance-driven incentive opportunities Company-provided liability insurance Opportunity for annual increase based on performance Prioritizing staff well-being through manageable workloads and flexible scheduling Flexible paid time off package: sick leave, paid time off, 8 paid holidays, plus 1 floating holiday Extensive healthcare benefits covering medical, dental, and vision needs 401(k) retirement savings plan Company-issued laptop and cellphone to support flexible, balanced work Who We're Looking For You're a passionate, dedicated BCBA who wants to make a lasting impact in the lives of children and families.
