BENEFITS : Compensation ranges from $17.50-$19.50/hour Weekly Pay Flexible Scheduling Holiday Pay We offer lots of on-going training opportunities Polo or Scrubs at no cost to you We provide proper training and plenty of protective equipment to limit your exposure HOURS: OVERNIGHT CAREGIVERS - 10 or 12 hour shifts DAYTIME SHIFTS ALSO AVAILABLE - 4-8 hour shifts; part-time and full-time WEEK-END HOURS AVAILABLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide medication reminders Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks etc.) Assist clients with personal care and hygiene Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able) Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own Be a pleasant and supportive companion Ensure client's safety and comfort Report any unusual incidents JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have reliable transportation (automobile or access to public transportation) Must be caring and compassionate Our Care Professionals are the Heart of Visiting Angels of Boston and we are proud of them and the work they do.
