Job Description Job Description Job Title: Pharmacy Clerk / Pharmacy Technician Trainee Allmed Benefits: Vision Insurance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance and 401(k) Pay Rate: $22/hr (Paid Weekly) Work Location: 140 Locke Dr C, Marlborough, MA 01752 Contract to Hire: 02/09/2026 to 05/09/2026 Work Schedule: Evening Shift | 3:30 pm - 12 am with EOW Interview Process: In-person interview, one round Dress Code: Scrubs Position Summary The Pharmacy Clerk works as a Pharmacy Technician Trainee and supports daily pharmacy operations under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist. This role is responsible for accurately preparing prescriptions for final pharmacist verification while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with pharmacy standards. Key Responsibilities Accurately fill daily medication orders in a timely manner under pharmacist supervision Pull and pick medications from shelving and prepack racks Pick, label, scan, and prepare finished prescriptions for final verification Apply labels to blister cards and scan products to ensure accuracy Package materials and products manually as required Identify and report any medications or products that do not scan properly to the pharmacist on duty Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area Required Qualifications Active Pharmacy Technician Trainee License (required) Preferred Skills and Attributes Strong attention to detail Effective communication skills Ability to collaborate within a team environment Problem-solving skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
