Monitor and assess patient progress and response to therapy. Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment plans. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care strategies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in therapy delivery. Utilize performance metrics to track and improve personal success. Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care and performance outcomes. Identify and address any issues affecting patient care or therapy effectiveness. Assist in the development of respiratory care protocols and procedures. Experience/Qualifications Valid state license as a Respiratory Therapist in New Hampshire. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training. Experience in administering respiratory therapy in clinical settings. Ability to educate patients and families on respiratory care effectively. Ability to utilize performance metrics for personal success tracking. Strong understanding of respiratory health and treatment protocols.
