Job Description AHS Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Home
Health for a travel nursing job in Rockport, Maine. Job Description
& Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Start
Date: 03/02/2026 - Duration: 26 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift:
8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Home Health RN
Shift=8:00AM-5:00PM Knox County Case Manager Oasis and EPIC
experience call back 3-4 times a mont 5 needs Weekly Guaranteed
Hours: 40 Every other weekend rotation with a day off during the
week.a permanent schedule of Monday-Friday w/ Sun, Sat off; every
other weekend Call Requirements: No overnight call. Call back
required 2-4 times a month between the hours of 1700-2000. You will
be told by 1700 on that day if an extra visit is needed. If by 1700
there is no visit scheduled, you do not stay on call. Years of
Experience: At least 2 years Patient Ratios: Case Manage 20-25
patient with an expectation of 5-6 visits per day; may use as
re-vistor if agency needs change at any time during contract MUST
HAVE Epic and OASIS experience, 2 yrs Home Health exp, BLS Type of
Patients on Unit: Adult med
surg/oncology/Cardiac/Neurological/Respiratory/ Wound Care/GI/GU
