Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This position
offers Speech-Language Pathology services within a school setting,
providing essential support to students communication and language
development. The role is located in Orono, ME, and includes
opportunities for travel between schools within the district. Key
Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to identify speech, language,
and communication disorders in students Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to
support student progress Maintain accurate records and
documentation as required by school policies Participate in
multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input on student
support strategies Qualifications and Experience: Valid state
licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology Experience
working with children in school settings preferred Strong knowledge
of speech and language development and disorders Ability to adapt
therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Willingness and ability to
travel between school locations as needed Location: Orono, ME
