Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational
Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. A healthcare
professional is sought for a contract role providing Occupational
Therapy services to support an elementary school setting during a
maternity leave period. This position is based in Southport, NC,
and will serve multiple schools, including two elementary schools
and one middle school. Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational
therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to students
individual needs. Collaborate with educators, parents, and
healthcare providers to create and implement therapy plans. Monitor
student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain
accurate records in compliance with school and healthcare
regulations. Support students developmental, sensory, and motor
skills to enhance their academic and social participation.
Qualifications and Skills: Licensed Occupational Therapist with
experience in school-based settings. Knowledge in home health and
healthcare occupational therapy is advantageous. Strong
communication and teamwork abilities. Flexibility to work in
multiple school environments. Ability to start immediately and
commit to the contract period. Contract Details: Position begins
December 1, 2025, and concludes March 1, 2026. Full-time, 40 hours
per week. Coverage includes two elementary schools and one middle
