considered. A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Sign
Language Interpreter specializing in telehealth services within a
school setting. This position is based in Manchester, NH, and
operates on a 1099 contract basis, providing flexibility for
professionals experienced in supporting communication accessibility
for students via remote platforms. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate
clear and accurate communication between deaf or hard-of-hearing
students and educational staff during telehealth sessions.
Interpret spoken language into American Sign Language (ASL) and
vice versa in real-time, ensuring comprehension and engagement.
Collaborate with educators and healthcare providers to support
individualized learning and health plans. Maintain confidentiality
and comply with all relevant privacy laws and regulations. Adapt to
evolving technologies and telehealth platforms to deliver effective
interpretation services remotely. Qualifications: Proficiency in
American Sign Language with certification or relevant credentials
