qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is available
for a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) skilled in operating
room procedures to work in a dynamic healthcare setting in South
Portland, ME. This contract position offers the chance to
contribute to a high-acuity surgical team supporting a broad range
of specialties with advanced technology and dedicated patient care.
Location: Situated in South Portland, Maine, this role is based in
a well-equipped operating room environment with 26 beds and a 1:1
patient ratio. The facility employs cutting-edge surgical equipment
such as Storz, Stryker, Olympus, and Intuitive Robot systems,
supported by the Epic electronic medical record platform. South
Portland offers a balanced lifestyle with coastal charm, parks, and

Qualifications & Desired Experience: Certified Surgical
Technologist (CST) certification required Minimum of 2 years of
experience in surgical technology Level 1 trauma experience is a
must Preferred experience includes general surgery, GU/GYN,
orthopedic trauma and joints, neurosurgery, ENT, pediatrics,
plastics, dental, and endovascular procedures Demonstrated
flexibility, accountability, timeliness, and strong teamwork skills
Schedule & Responsibilities: Shift: Evenings from 11 a.m. to 11
p.m. Guaranteed 36 hours per week, including weekend coverage at a
1:4 rotation One overnight call per week (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.) for
trauma call; specialty team call schedules vary by service
(Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular, Neuro, Ortho) Provide surgical
instrumentation and support across multiple specialty areas in a
high-functioning OR Collaborate closely with surgical teams to
ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency This contract
