The ideal candidate is confident, compassionate, and skilled in comprehensive general dentistry with strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Practice Highlights Privately owned and operated practice serving the community since 1982 Strong patient base of over 1,900 active patients Payer mix: 60% PPO / 40% Fee-for-Service Schedule: Monday – Friday, full-time 3 Doctor chairs and 2 hygiene chairs Technology: Digital X-rays, iTero Scanner Compensation & Benefits Competitive annual earnings: $225,000 – $350,000 Strong minimum guarantee plus percentage of collections Generous Continuing Education (CE) allowance Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, Dental, Vision insurance 401(k) participation Malpractice insurance coverage Additional voluntary benefit options (subject to eligibility and changes) Qualifications DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school Active Connecticut dental license in good standing (or eligibility) Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience required GPR or AEGD completion preferred High proficiency in all aspects of general dentistry Commitment to lifelong learning and professional development Practice Mission & Values We exist to make the teams, patients, and practices we support healthier and happier .
