be considered. A Registered Nurse with Operating Room expertise is
needed to support surgical care in a dynamic, multidisciplinary
environment. This contract role offers 10-hour day shifts Monday
through Friday, scheduled between 6:30 AM and 5:00 PM, with no
on-call responsibilities. The position emphasizes efficient
coordination of OR activities to maintain smooth surgical case flow
and quick turnover. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the
surgical team to plan and implement patient care in the Operating
Room. Communicate effectively to facilitate timely progression of
surgical cases and minimize delays. Adapt to shifting assignment
needs, including floating to other departments or locations as
required. Maintain compliance with all clinical standards and
hospital policies. Qualifications and Experience: Current Wisconsin
RN nursing license or compact license valid in the nurses permanent
state. BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
Minimum two years of acute care experience within the last three
years, with Operating Room experience required; orthopedic surgery
experience preferred. Permanent residence must be within 50 miles
of the primary work site location. Location Details: Situated in
