Job Description Job Description Salary: $30 Morrison Center is
seeking a Childrens Case Manager, to join our dynamic,
multidisciplinary team inScarborough, Maine Case Managers develop
individualized support plans for individuals served, using a
person-centered planning process; analyze support strategies and
assure that services received by clients adequately meet their
needs; and assist individuals and their families to identify
strategies that will enable them to meet their goals. Requirements
of the Childrens Case Manager: Bachelors degree One preferred year
experience in Children's Services or two years in social services
Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental
disabilities, preferred Ability to work in person Benefits of the

of the Childrens Case Manager: Working with children who have
intellectual and/or developmental disability Managing a case load
of 25 - 30 clients Working with children as young as 6 months 20
years old. Documentation in accordance with regulatory agencies
Case Manager must represent Morrison Center in the community and
act as a liaison with other agencies. Perform monthly home visits,
school observation Support families at IEP meetings, team meetings
and medical appointments Complete 90 day continued stay reviews
