Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A travel
opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is available in
Waterboro, ME, supporting elementary-aged students in a school
setting. This role involves providing specialized services,
including speech therapy focused on augmentative and alternative
communication (AAC) devices and compensatory techniques.
Qualifications and Credentials: Active SLP license in the state of
Maine Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language
Pathology preferred Experience working with pediatric populations
in educational environments Position Details: Start Date: Immediate
availability preferred End Date: Completion of the current school
year Schedule: 4-10 hours per week, spread over 1-2 days Caseload:
Elementary students requiring AAC and compensatory services Work
Type: Travel assignment within the educational system
Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations to
determine student needs Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans Utilize AAC devices to enhance communication
abilities Collaborate with educators, families, and other
professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate
