Job Description:

Mental Health Counselor who is passionate about providing top-tier
therapeutic services in a supportive and innovative environment.
You will play a vital role in crafting personalized care pathways
for our clients, working within a framework that supports mental
health care through insurance partnerships. Conduct initial
assessments of clients' mental health conditions and craft
individualized treatment plans. Provide regular counseling sessions
to clients using evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Collaborate
with other healthcare professionals to integrate mental health care
with overall health strategies. Maintain comprehensive and
confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical
standards. Regularly evaluate client progress and adjust treatment
plans accordingly. Educate clients and their families about mental
health and coping mechanisms. Participate in continuous education
to stay updated on best practices in mental health counseling.
Strong proficiency in various therapeutic techniques such as CBT,
DBT, and motivational interviewing. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with
discretion and professionalism. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state license as a Mental
Health Counselor or equivalent. Certified in basic life support and
crisis intervention (preferred).
