Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of new clients' mental
health Develop personalized treatment plans in line with
evidence-based practices Provide continuous therapy sessions to
individuals or groups using various therapeutic techniques suitable
for the patient's specific needs Monitor patient progress and
adjust treatment plans as necessary Collaborate with other
healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to
patient care Maintain thorough and confidential records of all
client interactions Stay updated with the latest developments in
mental health research and apply new skills in therapy sessions
Engage in continuous education to enhance therapeutic skills and
knowledge Strong interpersonal and communication skills Expertise
in various therapeutic techniques and modalities such as CBT, DBT,
EMDR, or psychoanalysis Capability to handle sensitive situations
with confidentiality and care Ability to work independently and as
part of a team in a fast-paced environment Proficient in data entry
and electronic health record (EHR) software Medical Insurance Life
Insurance Valid state license to practice mental health therapy
(e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW) Certification in specialized fields of
therapy is preferred (e.g., Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment
Professional)
