Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff Perform duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, or moving patients, and changing linens Record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, or respiration rate, as directed by medical or nursing staff Gather information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition, treatment plans, or appropriate activities Document or otherwise report observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses Maintain a clean and safe environment for your patients Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow detailed instructions Capacity to work effectively under direct supervision or in a team Physical ability to perform job-related duties, which may require lifting, standing, bending, transferring, stooping, stretching, walking, pushing, and pulling Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of New Hampshire CPR/BLS certification
