Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join
our team to provide outstanding patient care and support. By
leveraging our integrated healthcare services model, you will work
across both facility-based and home-based settings, focusing on
delivering high-quality outcomes in post-acute care environments.
This challenging but rewarding role requires a proactive and
compassionate approach, ensuring patients receive the best possible
care throughout their recovery process. Provide high-quality
nursing care in both facility-based and home health settings.
Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate medical and
nursing interventions. Coordinate with healthcare teams to develop
and execute patient care plans. Monitor and document patient
progress and outcomes. Educate patients and their families on
post-acute care processes and health management. Ensure compliance
with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Strong clinical
skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Proficiency in using medical software and
electronic health records Ability to adapt to various healthcare
environments Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Active
Registered Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
