Radiology Tech Location: Augusta, ME Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,126 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray Profession: Technologist Specialty: Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Varied Hours per Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (0 guaranteed hours) Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Active Driver's License required Certifications: ARRT required Must-Have: ARRT certification Description: Serves over 7,500 care facilities nationwide. The job includes mobility and great team support. Role: Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG service to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other miscellaneous facilities. Tasks and Responsibilities: Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment and transmit them to a Radiologist for interpretation. Unload portable X-Ray equipment and take it into facilities to perform exams ordered by the physician. Must obtain clinically diagnostic and technically competent X-ray images. Perform EKGs, if needed, and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation. Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily per protocol. Regularly communicate with dispatch and management. Communicate efficiently and interact professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients. Maintain the vehicle and X-ray equipment. Physical Demands: The physical demands involve pushing or pulling anywhere from 50 to 100 lbs with the use of vehicle ramps and pulleys to decrease the weight. When pushing or pulling the equipment in a facility or home, the weight can increase significantly. 50 lbs of force or more can occur 16 to 24 times a day.
