Summary: The Medical Technologist performs complex laboratory tests on blood, tissue, and other body fluids to detect, diagnose, and monitor diseases. They ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results and play a key role in supporting patient care and clinical decision-making. Responsibilities: ?Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests in areas such as hematology, microbiology, clinical chemistry, immunology, and molecular diagnostics. Analyze, interpret, and report laboratory results accurately to physicians and healthcare teams. Operate, maintain, and calibrate sophisticated laboratory instruments and automated analyzers. Perform quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and precision of laboratory testing. Adhere to laboratory safety, infection control, and biohazard protocols.
