This full-time Medical Technologist/MLT role offers the opportunity to perform a wide range of lab testing in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Position Overview: You’ll work as part of a small, skilled laboratory team performing testing across multiple departments to ensure accurate, timely results that guide patient care. This is a great opportunity for a dependable lab professional who values quality, collaboration, and community. What You’ll Do: Perform testing in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and blood bank. Verify, interpret, and report results in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation. Collaborate closely with clinical staff to support optimal patient outcomes. Schedule: Full-time position with rotating shifts and shared weekend coverage Qualifications: ASCP or equivalent certification required (MT or MLT). Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field. Previous generalist experience preferred. Relocation is not available for this position.
