Job Description We’re seeking an experienced, people-focused Medical Director to lead a well-established small animal hospital in South Windsor, CT. You’ll oversee medical quality, support doctor development, partner with the Hospital Manager on operational and financial performance, and help nurture a thriving culture that places people first. This position offers competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and a sign-on bonus of $75,000.
