We are seeking Master’s level, licensed or license-eligible clinicians (LMSW, PC-A, MFT-A, LCSW, LPC, and LMFT) to join CFA in our amazingly rewarding In-Home Programs! All of our In-Home program roles are hybrid roles, Monday-Friday, no weekends or on-call hours and offer schedule flexibility as they are a combination of day and evening hours to best accommodate client’s needs. Our talented team members travel to meet client’s in their homes and community spaces and mileage reimbursement is provided! Current Openings: • 2 full-time openings in our IICAPS Program (Intensive In-Home Child & Adolescent Psychiatric Services) serving clients in New London County • 1 full-time opening in our IPV-Fair Program (Intimate Partner Violence) serving clients in Willimantic and Middlesex and New London Counties • 1 full-time opening in our MDFT Program (Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy) serving clients in New London County Key Responsibilities of our In-Home Clinicians: • Delivers clinical treatment to clients and their families, collaborating with other providers and community partners on client care (including schools, probation, psychiatry, etc.) • Maintains clinical documentation in accordance to licensing, accreditation and program requirements • Participates in weekly reflective individual and team supervision • Meets weekly billable expectations defined by CFA • Assists clients in obtaining community resources and prosocial activities • Collaborates with the rest of the team regarding case management needs and follow-through with appropriate action steps • Ensures that all paperwork is completed on time and accurately Qualifications: • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field • Current state licensure as a (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) or license eligible (LMSW, LPC-A, LMFT-A) • Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility to accommodate a combination of day and evening hours • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills • Solid organizational skills, attention to detail and experience working with an Electronic Health Record system • Ability to work successfully independently and collaboratively in a team environment Child and Family Agency offers a generous benefits package for full-time employees that includes: • 3 weeks paid vacation time • 12 sick days • 12 paid holidays • 5 personal days • Medical & Dental Insurance • 403(b) 403(b) matching Salary range: $60,000-$64,000.
