Contact: Raymond Stiles raymond@nowhealthcare.org (843 574 8233) About the group: Privately owned medical practice established in 2008 Distinguished Primary Care facility in Suwanee, GA Dedicated to delivering healthcare of the highest standard, complemented by an exceptional patient experience Currently 5 Primary Care Physicians and 28 Employees About the Role: Dermatologist Location: Suwanee, GA (40 mins from Atlanta) Dermatologist Physician Private, independently owned practice in Suwanee, GA. We currently have seven experienced internal medicine primary care providers Due to rising demand - Expanding our offerings to include dermatology, presenting an exceptional opportunity for a motivated dermatologist to lead this new specialty Our practice has the operational infrastructure, dedicated staff, and established internal referral base to support dermatology from day one. This low-barrier startup provides immediate patient volume and tremendous growth potential, both internally and externally. We envision expanding into cosmetic dermatology and laser services, ultimately relocating to a larger, dedicated dermatology facility. Initial focus will be medical dermatology, expanding gradually into advanced cosmetic services. Dedicated dermatology space in our current facility Future plans for standalone dermatology center Physician-owned, supportive, and efficiently operated environment Minimal on-call duties (phone support only, answering service in place) Work hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Flexible schedule options (4- or 4.5-day workweek) Patient Volume: 2-3 new or 3-4 established patients per hour, adaptable to preferences EMR: eClinicalWorks and Dragon Medical One for dictation Compensation and Benefits: Base salary: $350,000–$400000.00 Productivity bonus potential, earnings up to $800,000 Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision) 401(k) with employer match Generous PTO and major holidays Malpractice insurance with tail coverage CME allowance and license/certification reimbursement Student loan repayment assistance Candidate Background: Dermatologist Board Eligible or Board Certified - Dermatology Ability to hold a Georgia State Medical License Open to experienced or new grad physicians Commitment: Preference will be given to candidates with ties to the area seeking long-term employment.
