At Paramount Rehabilitation Centers, we are committed to enhancing patient quality of life through exceptional orthopedic physical therapy and rehabilitation services. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will work closely with patients undergoing orthopedic treatments, ensuring they receive the best care and support during their recovery journey. Administer nursing care to patients undergoing orthopedic treatment. Monitor patient health and maintain accurate records of their treatment and progress. Collaborate with physical therapists to implement patient treatment plans. Provide patient education and support for post-treatment care. Ensure the cleanliness and safety of treatment areas. Assist with patient check-ins and documentation. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent patient management and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Proficiency in using medical software for patient care and documentation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid LPN license in the state of practice CPR certification Preferred: Specialization certificate in orthopedic nursing or rehabilitation
