Monitoring patient progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary. Educating children and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care. Participating in continuing education and seminars to remain abreast of developments in pediatrics. Strong clinical skills in pediatric medicine. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in medical software and digital record-keeping. Superb communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage complex cases.
