Job Description:

work. Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Experience: • 12 months of role
experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have
at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience
with 12 months within the past 24 months. • 12 months of acute care
experience within the past 2 years.• 12 months of Trauma Level 1
facility is required from any number of months Requirements: •
Candidates must have a Maine license or compact license (required
for submission). • This role may require floating to additional
units and locations • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living •
Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations
accepted. • No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust
Program - MaineHealth. Pre-employment modules may be required for

Additional Details: Required Skills/Experience: strong cardiac
telemetry. Preferred Skills/Experience: cardiac surgery (CABG/valve
replacement/post aortic dissection repair), thoracic surgery (VATS,
wedge resection, lobectomy), comfort with chest tubes, temporary
epicardial pacemakers. Post-TAVR patient. Medical treatment
Cardiology: Heart Failure, Pulmonary Hypertension. Familiar with
Amio, insulin, dobutamine, nitro, milrinone, diltiazem.
Surgical/trauma/tele. Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Hours: Every to
every other weekend. Call Requirements: none. Floating
Requirements: First to float, will float to other med/surg units as
needed. Special Requests: Travel Pairs are not accepted. 7 days
maximum time off 1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead
reference type) - required for submission 1 reference from last 2
years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
Driver’s license required for submission Certifications: • BLS
(Basic Life Support) • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
