Job Description American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Keene, New Hampshire. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 24 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Assignment Overview - Shift: Days, 3x8hrs - Hours: 24 hrs/wk - Start Date: Mar 30, 2026 - Length: 13 weeks - Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Operating Room position requiring the ability to both scrub and circulate, with recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 trauma experience. Details - Hospital-based Operating Room with five surgical suites plus a dedicated labor and delivery OR - Diverse patient population including inpatients and outpatients of all ages (infant to geriatric) undergoing surgical, diagnostic, invasive, and special procedures - Surgical caseload is primarily orthopedic and trauma, with additional cases including ENT, cataract removal, and C-sections - 1:1 RN-to-patient ratio - Day shift, 40 hours per week - On-call required during evenings, holidays, and weekends Requirements - Active NH RN license or compact RN license currently in hand - Current BLS certification required - Must be able to both scrub and circulate - Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 trauma OR experience within the last 2 years - Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position Additional Information - OR team includes RNs, registered nurse first assists (RNFAs), CSTs, and other assistive personnel - Training will be provided for ENT, cataract, and C-section cases — prior experience with these is not required - Two professional references from managers required for consideration American Traveler Job ID P-680234.
