As part of AccentCare, a pioneer in home health services, we are seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager / RN to oversee our hospice care teams. This role demands a person who can blend compassionate patient interactions with effective management skills to ensure optimal care outcomes. Working under our hospice division, you will guide your team in providing end-of-life care that respects the dignity of patients while supporting their loved ones. Manage and oversee the hospice care team's daily operations Ensure that patient care is provided in accordance with current regulations, principles of ethical practice, and organizational policies Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to coordinate treatment plans Conduct regular staff meetings and oversee training programs Manage resources to ensure quality and cost-efficiency Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations Provide support and counseling to patients and their families Proven management and leadership skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of hospice and palliative care processes Ability to handle high-stress situations Proficient with healthcare IT systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) license Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) preferred
