seeking a permanent Family Practice or Internal Medicine /
Pediatrics physician to join our established and growing rural
practice. Emphasis on OB patient population is optional. Applicants
must be BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine / Pediatrics,
passionate about your profession, dedicated to the well-being of
your patients, and willing to embrace life in a smaller community.
BENEFITS Competitive salary guarantee for 2 year at MGMA 50% with
bonus override potential. Opportunity to become a shareholder after
1 year pending approval by Coleman Medical Associates. $10,000
buy-in, $10,000 sell back Under guarantee, 15 days of vacation, 10
CME days. Once a shareholder, 30 days of vacation. $4,000 allotted
to CME expense. Relocation expense. Sign-on and/or loan forgiveness
available. Malpractice insurance through ISMIE at Graham Health
System expense. 401K group plan, long-term disability, life
insurance (maximum $100,000) COMMUNITY Canton population is 15,000.
Location provides choice of city, small town, or rural setting.

Regional airport with daily flights to most major cities. Community
is stable, with recently renovated downtown and new medical device
manufacturing facility (one of the largest developments in central

provider will serve patients of all ages and conditions. You will
be supported by a strong medical staff and premier ancillary
services in a financially sound healthcare system. Quality of care
and service is of the utmost importance to Medical Group. Medical
Associates Group is a physician-owned group practice, affiliated
with Regional Medical Group / Health System. This practice is
located in a brand new, state of the art 68,000 sq. ft. clinic in
Canton, Illinois. Hospital has satellite facilities in Farmington,
Lewistown & Cuba, Illinois. OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS: Competitive
salary guarantee for 2 years at MGMA Midwest Median with bonus
override potential. Opportunity to become a shareholder after 1
year pending approval by Coleman Medical Associates. Comprehensive
benefits package including: health insurance, 401K group plan,

Sign-on bonus and / or loan forgiveness potential. 36 hours per
week work schedule. Call: 4 5 days per month, 1 in 6 weekends
call.
