HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated RN Clinical Coordinator for our Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) to manage nursing activities within our renowned facilities. The CVOR Clinical Coordinator will oversee the daily operations within the CVOR unit, ensuring effective patient care and compliance with procedures, regulations, and standards. Coordinate daily operations in the CVOR department. Implement and adhere to approved policies and procedures. Manage nursing staff and coordinate with surgical teams and other medical professionals. Monitor patient care, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and safety standards. Assist in the development and training of CVOR staff. Manage resources to ensure efficient and effective department operations. Strong leadership and management skills Proficient in operating room protocol and sterilization techniques Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of current health and safety regulations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license BLS certified ACLS certified CNOR certification is preferred
