Long Term Care (LTC) Long Term Acute Care for a travel nursing job
in Hanover, New Hampshire. Job Description & Requirements -

hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Title: RN - LTC/Rehab
Location: Hanover, New Hampshire Shift: Days 5x8s (8A - 4:30P)
Contract Duration: 13 weeks (option to extend) Pay: $30/Hr on W2
$1500 Weekly Stipend = $2700 Weekly for 40s. Requirement: 2 Years
of LTC/Rehab RN experience - REQUIRED Active NH or Compact State RN
License - REQUIRED BLS - AHA - REQUIRED EMR: PCC (Point Click Care)
- REQUIRED Description: May 11th Starts Only - Days, 40 Hours Valid
RN license for NH with compact to VT & BLS. Care of long term
residents at Hanover Terrace in Lebanon NH. Duties include: -
Medication administration - EMR: PCC (Point Click Care) -
Proficiency in memory care techniques and protocols - Knowledge of
MDS (Minimum Data Set) assessments for long term care facilities -
familiarty with operations in Skilled Nurseing, Sub-Acute and
Dementia Units - strong background in case management practices -
ability to work effectively in a medical office environment -
excelent interpersonal skills. communication and task management
strategies - provide support with specialized areas such as PT, OT,
SUD and pain management - assessm residnet health problems and
develop and implement nursing care plans - monitor resident
progress and respond to changes in condition - preferred candidate
will have familiarty with some IV skills, IV medications, tube
