to serve as Program Director for our Family Medicine Residency

overseeing the Central Maine Healthcare Family Medicine Residency
Program. - Responsible for clinical, administrative, and
educational components of the residency program. - Family Medicine
(Board Certified required). - Ensure compliance with ACGME, ABFM,
and institutional policies and regulations. - Oversee curriculum
development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous quality
improvement. - Provide direct clinical supervision, mentorship, and
formal evaluations of residents. - Lead recruitment and development
of residents and core faculty members. - Provide direct patient
care while modeling clinical excellence and ethical standards. -
Active, unrestricted Maine medical license and valid DEA required.
